On August 15, 2020, Shaanxi Tiancheng Aviation Materials Co., Ltd. The strategic cooperation between Tiancheng Aviation Materials and INTECO aims to purchase 8-10 INTECO dual-station VAR furnaces with specifications of 6-17t in the next 3-5 years, combining Tiancheng Aviation Materials’ unique advantages in the titanium industry and INTECO has accumulated profound technology in metallurgy and management, and jointly built INTECO “Global Model Factory”. By then, Tiancheng Aviation Materials will lead the titanium industry into the fast lane of high-quality development. The melting capacity will reach 25,000-30000 tons per year. More high-end customers’ individual needs will be met. Tiancheng Aviation Materials will further move towards internationalization and globalization. , Serve global customers with better quality, higher efficiency and more stable performance.
Signed strategic cooperation master agreement
The signing of the agreement includes that Tiancheng Aviation Materials will purchase two 10t and one 17t double-station VAR furnaces from INTECO (this 17t double-station VAR furnace is one of the largest tonnage VAR furnaces in the global titanium industry. Prior to this, Tiancheng Aviation Materials has purchased a 10t double-station VAR furnace from INTECO. The 3 double-station VAR furnaces purchased this time are expected to be officially put into operation in October 2021. Tiancheng Aviation Materials’ titanium alloy smelting level will increase its production capacity by 8000t/year , The total production capacity can reach 15000t/year.
